Divine Design Center

Nationally acclaimed designer Mariette Barsoum is the co-founder and Chief Designer of Divine Design Center, the Boston luxury design studio she founded with her husband, Magued, in 2004. She is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) through the National Kitchen & Bath Association. She leads the studio's creative direction from its 8,000-square-foot showroom at Battery Wharf on the Boston waterfront.
Raised in Egypt and educated in Cairo, Mariette began her career in design at one of the Boston area's large kitchen dealers. A client there encouraged her to open her own firm. Two decades later, Divine Design Center brings European design, including kitchens, furniture, wardrobe systems and bath, to high-net-worth clients across the country, working closely with architects and builders.
Her approach starts with listening. Mariette believes the best design begins with understanding how people actually want to live, and she creates spaces that are extensions of her clients' own taste.
