Founding Story
Kate Davis is an entrepreneur, designer, and lifelong athlete who believes that sport has the power to bring people together.
After graduating from Harvard College, Kate began her career in finance, working in mergers and acquisitions at Merrill Lynch and later in merchant banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. She went on to earn her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she wrote the business plan for her first company.
Kate founded Pickett’s Press, a luxury stationery and letterpress brand that became one of the most recognized names in custom invitations and holiday cards. Over two decades, she built the company into a beloved brand with a strong e-commerce presence and a retail store on New York’s Upper East Side. She sold this business in a private sale.
Her passion for design later led her to launch Davis Designs, an e-commerce design store and curated home furnishings brand focused on timeless style and thoughtful living. Her work has been featured in publications such as the Boston Globe and Maine Home + Design.
A lifelong tennis and golf player, Kate saw an opportunity to bring the same sense of elegance and joy she valued in design into the world of sports apparel. Inspired by the heritage style of classic country club sports and the idea that sport should feel welcoming to everyone, she founded the Love All family of brands, including Love All Tennis and Love All Golf.
Love All reflects Kate’s belief that sport is about community, optimism, and shared experiences. The brand blends vintage-inspired style with modern performance fabrics and is designed for women who want to move effortlessly from the court or course into the rest of their lives.
Kate lives between New York and New England with her husband Andrew and their family. Through her work and philanthropy, she remains deeply committed to supporting youth sports and organizations that expand access to the game.

Kate Davis is an American entrepreneur and Founder and CEO of the Love All family of sports and lifestyle brands. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, she began her career in mergers and acquisitions at Merrill Lynch and merchant banking at DLJ before launching Pickett’s Press, the luxury stationery company whose business plan she wrote at HBS. She grew it into a nationally recognized brand with both e-commerce and a flagship Upper East Side retail location.
Davis later founded Davis Designs, a full-service interior design firm and curated home décor brand, and earned her MFA from the New York School of Interior Design. In 2020, she co-launched Davis Destinations, a portfolio of design-driven luxury rental properties.
Her newest venture, Love All, is a vintage-inspired, inclusive sportswear brand spanning tennis, golf, swim, ski, and lifestyle. Rooted in timeless style and community through sport, Love All reflects Davis’s belief that it starts with love.
