Our story is anchored down an old clay road on a century-old family property in rural Florida. After years of shaping the beauty industry as a corporate Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), founder Kendria Strong stepped away from the boardroom executive pace to reset. While home, deepening her connection with the women in her family, a shared, vulnerable truth unfolded over conversations about their everyday hair concerns: severe breakage, manageability, and real hair damage.
It was an issue Kendria knew intimately. Battling extreme breakage herself due to stress and iron deficiency, she knew most mainstream products created for tight textures only offered heavy, superficial coatings that masked the damage.
Determined to create a solution that felt like home but worked with clinical precision, Kendria collaborated with leading biochemists and health-focused stylists to form an advanced research and development team. ROOTED REVIVall™ was developed, a high-performance, clean-science boutique line delivering Clinical, Intentional Care for Fragile Textures. With a career built on a foundation of behind-the-scenes corporate leadership, Kendria spent years developing, scaling, and managing prominent beauty brands. Her extensive expertise in formulation architecture and textured hair health established her as a highly sought-after industry insider.
Driven by a passion to elevate the standards of hair health, Kendria stepped out of the corporate boardroom and into the laboratory and scientific research to solve a critical market gap: the lack of advanced, high-efficiency structural repair specifically engineered for fragile, tight textures.
