Scribble Art

Scribble Art was born out of a moment of creative chaos during the COVID lockdown. Founder Steve Au, a dad of two young kids, found his dining room table constantly transformed into an impromptu art studio—covered in paper, crayons, scissors, and a daily flood of colorful creations. While adapting to working from home, he and his wife suddenly had a front-row seat to their children’s artistic process. They saw firsthand how art became an unfiltered window into their kids’ thoughts, emotions, and growing perspectives of the world.

As the artwork piled up—on the fridge, in drawers, and tucked away in backpacks—Steve realized there had to be a better way to preserve these creative moments without the clutter. That’s when the idea for Scribble Art was born. By combining AI with effortless design, Scribble Art takes the work out of creating high-quality keepsake books, ensuring that every masterpiece—from a toddler’s first doodles to an elementary schooler’s imaginative projects—looks even better in print.

What started as a side project quickly became a purpose-driven business: helping parents capture their child’s creative journey in a way that’s simple, meaningful, and built to last.
